企業(yè)在解決內外部各種問題的過程中,分析根本原因的這一環(huán)節(jié)有時候是非常頭痛的,不知不覺間常常會得到“受人為因素影響”結論。但該問題是否真的是受到了“人為原因”的影響呢?要準確地判斷這一點似乎有點困難。
在此,本人將美國質量學會(ASQ)一本著作中推薦的“診斷工具”翻譯出來,供大家在進行原因分析時參考,以幫助大家正確地進行“人為原因”的分析。如有不妥之處,請以英文為準。

A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL
